Because of the following reasons: I figured I would use the vixia mini x outside of the classroom more then a regular camcorder, the vixia is small (and not tall bulky) with a built in stand so I wont grab the attention of the teacher, the sound quality is supposed to be really good in comparison to the others, it has the flip screen on top which is useful, and its tiny enough to fit in my pocket. ![]() ģ.)
